I take Olly melatonin gummies every single night.. I suggest if you start out not even knowing how to pronounce melatonin.. the supplement you were supposed to be giving knowledge to the masses .. what a joke.. no how no way a full grown man took two of these gummies and could not function the following day.. I a full grown 5 5 woman takes y 6 of these gummies nightly and I wear a melatonin patch.. they help but I have horrible insomnia.. it's a constant battle..Olly's gummies is just one step in my routine for sleep every night 🌙 buy an important one 😴

Question- supplements usually need time to reach the adequate level in one’s body b4 one’s able to receive whatever benefits the supplement is supposed provide. This takes about 2 months for most supplements. You said you only take this supplement when needed and it works enough to get you by til a cortisone injection is needed. That makes me wonder if this supplement is actually a supplement or something like an OTC NSAID? I would assume taking one pill a day or even taking one pill w/every meal of the day (your explanation of the servings needed confused me) that still would suggest this isn’t a type of supplement that works the way supplements do. Time spent restarting any supplement would require whatever timeframe needed just taking the supplement regularly b4 any benefits are able to be perceived but you said it worked immediately after having not taking it regularly prior to restarting. Pls clarify as either way this product works are pluses and minuses for me but it simply depends on other factors- Also, I was looking for reviews of the pain cream version but saw your video immediately then pleasantly surprised about it being offered as either a supplement or OTC pain relief medication. Have you had any kidney issues using this. One teaspoon gives you over 3000mg of potassium, the RDA is more then that, but still that is so much more then a supplement.

My Dial Men 3 in 1 had a defective pump so I transferred the soap into my previous container. A bit of a pain and some got wasted but I got through it. Most reviews would have shown how to open and operate the product, I had to go to another site to make sure I was turning the head the right way.
